nfa trust amendment?
I want to add a trustee. Do I need to go back to the attorney and have an amendment written to my trust or is this something I can do myself? I am the settlor, grantor, trustee and chief milkshake maker of my trust.
I already have one amendment that names an additional trustee. Can I write my own amendment have it signed and notarized and send it to the ATF for their records? Is this something I need to go back to and pay the attorney for?

As long as it's a revocable trust, you don't need to inform the ATF.
Some states have different laws about adding parties to trusts. Most don't. Your best bet is to double-check with the attorney who drafted it.
