Does anyone have any info on this scope? I am looking for a quality long range scope for my 300WinMag. How is the light gathering ability on this as compared to Leupold. I have found this scope on the web for about $389.00 which is almost $100.00 less than it is at Cabelas.

Thanks,
WinMag

I was in the same boat about a year ago. I was drawn between the Nikon and the Leupold scopes and went with the Leupold because of past experience and reputation for service. I ended up with the 6.5 X 20 series III. I love it....Anyway I have had good things said about the Nikon scopes. Go to Benchrest.com and get some other opinions. Have you tried S.W.F.A. in Texas for scope prices? Check them out for great prices on new and refurbished scopes. Good luck
