I would be in Oleg. I don't have much to offer in the way of services that can't be met by someone better qualified, but if you hang up a shingle, I'll check in. I'm not flush, but I could scrounge under the sofa for some extra quarters if you need some $.

My skills are not web design or graphics, but making big implementations of Unix run.

As long as a successor to TFL runs on Apache/Linux, I'll be happy to contribute some of my spare time.
