Vihtavuori 3n37 for 44 mag and 45 acp

I have viht. 3n37 their website lists 1 load for 44 mag for a 267 gr lfn bullet starting load 11.9 gr. and 1 for a 300 jhp starting at 10 gr. The new lyman manual doesn't have any recipes for this powder I was hoping someone might have a recipe using 3n37 with a 240 gr lswc. For 45 acp it has recipes on their site for fmj ct starting at 6.5 and 1 for fmj rn starting at 5.7, was looking for something that would work for a 200 gr lswc. Any help would be great

VV 1994 is 12.3-13.6 gr 3N37 with 240 gr JHP 44 mag.
