S&W 6" fixed sight .357 Magnun

A friend has gone through all his references, and asked me to post the question here.

Has S&W ever made a 6" fixed sight .357 Magnum?

I know several were done with 4" or less, maybe some 5"s? Cannot find any mention of any 6"s.

Maybe a handful for some police dept.?

Sure, 581 and 681 came in 6"... no?

And wasn't the N-frame fixed sight also available in 6", what did they call that one... ummm, Model 520?

Maybe I'm wrong, but it'll be interesting to see what develops here.

I have not seen or heard tell of a 6" fixed sight .357.
Doesn't say there aren't any out there, but they can't be common.
The M520 was a single spec gun, supposedly made for NYSP but not delivered.

Model 13 had 5". Or the 65, if you prefer stainless. And if you omit the 581, 681 and 518.

The S&W model 65 , 357 magnum , came in 3", 4" and 6" barrel length's and had fixed sights. The 3" and 4" were more popular but there were a few old school officers who always preferred the longer 6 " barrel.
Google S&W model 65 and check it out.
