sight advice please

hi ,i have a 2a1 ishy and although the rifle isnt a "collector" piece i need a apeture sight for it (my 53 year old eyes are letting me down a tad) i,m agin putting a scout mount on it cos i don't think they look good, in a perfect world the parker hale #5 peep with mount plate would be great but i have to be real here ,,,i can't afford one of those babies ,wish i could.
i would rather not d/t for one of the lyman/ redfield ect, although i have them on many of my mausers and enjoy them .
my question i quess is what are my options ?.
i will d/t if i have to but only as a last resort..
p.s,, if you have by chance a P HALE sight lying around gathering dust and don't want the earth for it please p.m me .
thanks for your time and have a great night.

"...a P HALE sight lying around..." Cost you more than the Earth. Not exactly common either. William's makes a couple of receivers sights though. $73.95 without target knobs. $85.95 with 'em.

the parker hale thing was kind of "tongue in cheek" ,those kind of sights don't just lay around (not for long anyway).
i have put many a redfield ///lyman peep on my mausers and such but i don't really care for the looks of the williams sights they don't look "solid" if thats the right word.
anyhoo i got my Rawson now.
have a great night
