Nobel Glasgow powder?

Anyone have any knowledge of this powder? Appears to be a shotgun powder, but I'm not sure. A buddy has got a repackaged couple of pounds of this stuff, but isnt sure what the heck it is. Any thoughts?

Novel Sports was the European company making these powders. A while back they pulled out of the American Market. The powders remaining in wholesalers stock were closed out a good prices.

Natchez Shooting Supply used to be a wholesaler, so you might check with them for more info.
