1851 buntline question

I have a friend who recently purchaced a 1851 colt with a 12'' barrel. it looks really cool, but i was wondering if anyone has any experiance with them. I couldn't find and reviews or comments about them. Im just wondering if it was a good buy or not.

Its a brass frame by the way.
