Newbie shotgun capacity question??

Looking at getting an 870 Espress 20 ga. The magazine capacity is listed as 4. Does that mean it hold 3 + 1 in the chamber or 4 + 1 in the chamber? Thanks in advance.

Not sure, Remington list the 870 HD I have as a 7 shot magazine. The real capacity is 6 + 1.
Not to sure of the 20ga you are inquiring about. Anyone own one out there?

I know that ATI and other places have magazine tube extenders that can give you plently more ammo in the tube, depending on the length of your barrel.
