Posting state when selling guns...what happened?
Has this changed? I like to look for guns FS in my state. Seems no one posts the state anymore. I liked it when everyone followed the rules.

I agree. especially when so many people refuse to list their state in their profile. I click on EVERY in state sale I see.

Including the state in the title or description is not a hard and fast rule on TFL like it is on THR. We strongly suggest that members include their location, but don't require it.
If sellers and buyers would realize that including their location would make for a far greater number of viewers of their ad, maybe they would start adding it. |

Thanks for the explanation. I do monitor THR and other sites where it is required and easy to follow in state trades/sales. Here the seller and potential buyer loses. Oh well...
