CCW back pack

I need help to find a back pack that would allow me to carry a full size 1911 back packing.

Ideally it would have a concealed holster on the hip belt.
I have looked at maxpedition packs, the Fat boy is to small for a 1911, and some of the others are not designed for quick draws.

Any help would be appreciated

The best that I've ever used is the long discontinued Camelbak Demon. I've never tried packing a full size 1911 but it has a large CCW compartment that opens into the small of your back. You see them still in the packaging now and again on ebay. I haven't seen anything else that comes close.

How does the shoulder holster work with a back pack? Any discomfort or chafing?

I've a Maxpedition Lunada on the way. I'll let you know what I think after it arrives and I have a chance to carry in it for a few days.

they make "gun fanny packs" that have belt loops you could put the back pack belt strap through it and carry it in front get one made for guns with the quick release back .

i think you said you wanted to carry in front , good idea.

im shure you already thought of this but i was bored.
