Can the 22 laserlyte trainer be adjusted?

Just bought the 22 cal laserlyte trainer for my S&W 41 to practice national match.

It is properly installed and hits 2.5 avg below the center of the laserlyte target at 19' and 30'.

Are these adjustable somehow to center w/gun or a defective laserlyte trainer?

I've shot for 40 yrs NRA Match, so know it's not me at 1-hand, 2-hand, and benched. It is a consistent low hit from point of aim.

Thanks.
