Pow'r Punch Decapping Rod ?

Just wondering if anyone has used the RCBS tool called the Pow'r Punch, and how well it works.

After another session on my old Piggy-back 2 progressive, I remain frustrated at how often a decapped primer hangs up and is reseated. I have developed a few techniques to spot and usually prevent this occurrence, but if I had more positive decapping, life would be easier.
