Favorite rifle sling?
I'm looking at the Quake "The Claw" sling for my deer rifle. Y'all got a favorite brand of sling? Anyone like/dislike the claw? I'm staying away from leather because it rains so much where I hunt.

I use "The Claw" sling on my calling rifle for predators. I found that most slings just slid off the white camo shell that I wear while hunting in winter. The Quake sling always stays put....I seldon have to re-adjust the rifle on my shoulder. The plastic swivels seem to be strong....I haven't broken one yet and I'm good at breakin things. The swivels also make little to no noise...just as advertised. I plan on buying another for my heavy barreled 223.

Vero Vellini BassPro carries them. Neoprene and they give when you walk so it helps takes the weight of the rifle off your shoulder. Stays in place on the shoulder also. I've used The Claw, worked well, just like these better.
