good training regimens

ive always been more of a practical shooter, mostly hunting. ive recently sparked an interest in tactical shooting with handguns and rifles. what would be some good drills to practice for both rifle and pistol to get my zombie Apocalypse, Chinese invasion, home invasion skills up to snuff? ive been mostly working on draw and shoot and reloading drills.

Notsomuch for the TEOTWAKI (since we don't do that here), but you can find some good drills right at the top of this forum in the sticky thread here: http://thefiringline.com/forums/showthread.php?t=425499
