I don't think you are going to find excellent at that price point. Most I have seen are scratched / holster wear and very good / excellent mechanically.
They do make a fun project making them pretty tho. Wholesale is around 180 from most vendors, with one or two mags respectivly. You would do well to post your location, A C+R license only allows handgun sales to another in your same state. Good luck!

I know this thread is old but SOG international (Southern Ohio Gun) has the CZ-82 for $179.95. I just ordered one. I'll let you know the condition when it is delivered.
