I believe there were some problems earlier this afternoon, but don't know if they were with TFL's server or a localized Internet latency problem.

I tried to do a Traceroute earlier this evening and kept getting "Cannot find thefiringline.com...

Seems fine now.

Noticed same thing. Then I checked and at the time there were over 240 on the board. It's usually around 150.

Noticed the same thing but i was switching over computer systems and attributed it to that.

Good observation. It helps. Thanks.

Sporadic now with 171 on board. from central AZ. Other sites seem ok from here.

Seems that if it was universally bad we would see a lot more double n tripple taps.

Just had another very slow access time. Members on board:174. I'm accessing from Ohio.

I've been noticing a greater number of two and three page threads lately. Rich, I wonder if it would help the server at all if we reduced the default number of posts shown per thread to 15 or 20 from the current 25 or 30?

Dave-
What would really help is if we could get a Linux Guru to assist us in utilizing some 300MB of unrecognized Ram that's in the server now!
