Guns that feel/shoot similar to a SA XD-9 Mod 2 (3 inch barrel)

I enjoy that the sub-compact SA XD-9 Mod 2 is a soft shooter despite its small size. Do the other subcompacts feel as soft or is this one or is this one an exception? Thanks!

Smith M & P Compact, Beretta Px4 Compact both soft shooters. Glock 26 too, and American Rifleman says FNS Compact is also.
