m1a muzzle break

I have a loaded model m1a and was thinking about getting a muzzle brake for it. not sure if i should go with the the SEI M14 US Coast Guard / Navy Muzzle Brake or the surefire MB762SS01. any suggestions from any one that has used either of these would be appreciated.

Check your State laws first. As daft as it sounds, some of 'em think brakes make the rifle evil.
