finally got to shoot my new C&R pistol.

I picked up this very nice Aussie marked S&W. Stumbled over it in a complete fluke. The action is butter smooth, trigger break crisp and lock up is rock solid. All numbers match and the finish is still pretty nice. I got it for $225. Pretty dern happy with it

From the 10 yard line. Single action off handed.

Thank you chaps! I'm going to the Indy 1500 next week to try and find the correct belt, ammo pouch, lanyard and holster. There is also a guy there at every show I'm planning on visiting. He mainly sells black powder firearms. but the other side of his table is collectibles. Largely "old west" items, but he did have a large basket last time of old coins. Most of which were Australian, as well as quite a few old police badges and military devices....some of which were Aussie as well.
