Ranger was a name used by Sears Roebuck for their guns.
The Sears/Ranger 101-12 was actually the Stevens Model 39A shotgun. This was one of a series of near-identical shotguns, all chambered in .410, and all tube fed. These were the Stevens 39A, the 59A, B, and C. Parts are still sold by Gun Parts Corporation. |
