New toy came home today



Marlin 1895gbl. She's a real beauty. Good wood metal Finnish is excellent. And the action is smooth. Just need a sling. Skinner peep sight and ammo

Just got back from the gun club. She worked flawlessly. Shot about 15 rounds 300g Remington. Will be shooting 405 leadbwhen in get all my hand loading components ... She's a beauty and was banging my steel gong at 100yrd with the first 6 shots

Yes. Sights are good and true .... I'd say Remington /marlin has gotten their act together
