Recommendations for pants to use with ankle carry

I'm on the lookout for pants to use with ankle carry; in particular:
  • wide lower openings
  • adjustable waistband
  • would accommodate a 1.5" belt
  • worn with shoes, typically not boots
  • though I work out of my home office, I need something that will qualify as "office casual" when I have to travel to the mother ship - chinos are fine, denim or jeans are not. Cargo pants will depend on the material.
Currently I wear Lands End relaxed fit chinos; they meet most of my requirements, but they have have narrow belt loops (they barely fit my 1.25" ranger style belt because of the end cap thickness). I can stick with them if necessary, but I am looking for alternatives.

I've looked at the 5.11 TDUs, but the mention of "blousing straps" concerns me; I'm not sure how much room they would have around the ankles, particularly for a larger ankle gun.

Any thoughts?

Woolrich elite discreet pants (no side cargo pocket)

Eotac discreet pants (no side cargo pocket)

Woolrich used to make a version of the "discreet" pants that did not have hidden/zippered side pockets in them. They are no longer in production but are available here:

(I just ordered two more pairs. I really like them)

You need a time machine. Go back to the '70s and you'll find lots of bell bottomed pants with wide belt loops that will fit the bill.
