CEF47xx serial number dates to October, 2000. A 66-5 should have the MIM lockwork (MIM trigger, MIM hammer, floating frame-mounted firing pin) but no Internal Lock. According to the Standard Catalog of Smith & Wesson, 3rd Ed., As-New-In-Box = $450, Excellent condition = $400, Very Good = $285, Good = $235. In today's market, I'd say $500 is a decent price if everything looks good, there are no mechanical issues, and the box and accessories are intact and included.
