53°, Sunny, with a 100% chance of smoke.

It's Saturday here. That means it's time for shooting!
Finish that coffee and grab your irons. Somebody, go set some cans up on that fence, and let's have some fun!

Hooray! I'm getting ready to head out with the kentucky. My buddy is also going to let me shoot his bp pistols for the first time as well, so i'm excited.

Beagle, do you use a Lee Powder measure for your black powder?

Yes. Actually, the small one you see there is for the cornmeal filler that I sometimes use instead of wads. I use a Lee 1.9cc scoop (which is actually inside the plastic bag, kinda hidden in the pic) for the powder in most of my can shooting. I find that the lee scoop is quick and easy, but not as cool as having your own scoop of bone/antler, fired bullet case, or such. But then, I shoot alone.

I like the idea of a scoop Beagle. Seems it would be much faster than a brass powder measure. I may have to try this out.

Don't forget pictures one with smoke and another with big holes.
