WVsig,
That's a fine pair of nice Colt's. Are you sure you want to keep the duo-tone series 80 MKIV? Best Regards Bob Hunter www.huntercustoms.com |

I searched long and hard for one like it. I need to get some trigger work done on it but beyond that I am leaving it just as it is. The trigger is good but I want it to be great. Maybe we can work something out and I can send it to you and at least you can play with it. LOL

This was my first ever 1911. It shot flawlessly despite the ultra compacts being bad voodoo. Too bad it was stolen a year ago

Looks like Remington is offering $50 rebates with a 1911 purchase (nice indeed if you can find the base price attractive as well to boot): Seems like people either love em or not (with not much in between--me, I love em ):

After watching this thread and re-reading BAC1023 Buyer's Guide for the 6th time, I felt the urge in my loins to get another 1911. BAC1023 states:

I decided to take his advice and buy a Ruger SR1911. The kicker my LGS has the stainless steel version for $578 + tax.
