9 mm RG 08 Brass

I was priming some used brass and i came across some RG 9mm Luger brass that the Primers (Federal 100 Small Pistol) would not seat in.The brass appears to use a boxer primer but i could not get a prime to seat (would not go in all the way) and I was wondering if some one has ran across this problem before. I have since sorted the RG Brass and i am about to throuw them away.

They have crimped in primers. The pockets need to be swaged before inserting new primer.

Any thoughts as to which reamer brand would work best, my Lyman reaming tool is not cutting it. (No Pun)

I use the RCBS primer pocket swaging tool. You use it in your press. http://www.midwayusa.com/viewProduct...tNumber=447022
It actually pushes the brass away instead of removing it. Probably not worth it if you only have a few. This will "de-crimp" any military brass. Also works with 223, 308, etc.
