New one rooster law

Today in the city of Los Angeles Ca,the city council passed a one rooster law. Those with more than one will rooster will be able to grandfathered them in.
(California on the fast track to being a third world state)

I fail to see where this has anything to do with the civil rights of gun owners. However, even ONE rooster anywhere in L.A. is one too many.
