It's called jirking the trigger. Happens very very often. And if the pressure is not strait back you tend to milk the rounds to one side also.
So what are we disagreeing about? All I said was that if your sights are properly aligned when the shot breaks, you'll hit, and if you jerk the trigger you won't-- because jerking the trigger pulls the sights off the target before the shot.
