Actually it looks stronger than the average canned air I've seen and used. The volume of air appears to be much higher and is obviously more constant over time.

At 3/4 HP it's probably a lot stronger. If you go through a couple of cans of air per year I would think it would be well worth it.

When I used to go on computer repair service calls, I used to always carry canned air. Then I found a cheap electric compressor and started using that instead. It looks a lot more professional, and after about 6 months, it paid for itself, for as much as I went through the air. They're worth the money, especially if you use a lot of canned air.

I'm wondering why the fan in that computer power supply didn't explode from being over spun.

I use a paintball CO2 tank with a regulator and a standard air hose with a blow gun.

That looks like a nice gadget. I normally use a full-blown air compressor but it's a little hard to carry.

Not a bad idea. Probably better than a compressor for electronics (and guns), because it doesn't compress the air, releasing water as condensation.
Wonder why they can't make a smaller version. It would seem a model the size of a heat gun, wire wrap gun, or drill could still provide as much air as a "compressed air" can, with less bulk. |
