Favorite sporting clays choke(s)?

Just curious to see what choke(s) you sporting clay shooters seem to do best with? Personally, I do well using modified. I'm debating about trying improved modified or light modified.

Too much emphasis is placed on choke for a couple of reasons: the load you're using may or may not pattern well with your chokes, and simply "dialing in" a different choke for any particular shot may or may not make the difference in whether or not the bird breaks. I personally know a few top shooters who use fixed choke guns and in most cases those guns are choked something like light mod/improved mod, or mod/full. They seem to be able to shoot in the 90's on a good day at a one-hundred bird shoot. Personally, I use light mod for most of my shooting. I've seen a lot of shooters twisting chokes in so often for each station that it's a wonder they don't all have carpal tunnel syndrome. At the end of the shoot it didn't seem to make much, if any difference.

IC and Light Modified for most courses these days. A lot of them used to offer some longer shots but not so much anymore it seems to me.
