Px4 Extended Barrel?

Does anybody know of any site or person that sells a threaded px4 barrel in 9mm? or even just an extended barrel? possibly match grade?

I've never seen one. None of the usual suspects have them (Bar-sto, Jarvis, Lone Wolf). Have you tried contacting Beretta directly?
