It would be great for winchester to make a 22 super mag rimfire from their 17 /nail gun case and chamber it in an ar platform so that we could have it in the uk and also a cheeper but effective training /home defence round.
Ruger to make a 7.62 x39 scout rifle that takes ak mags, is threaded and has a 308 bore so that handloaders can use all 30 calibre bullets.
An accurate , threaded, bolt action 9mm that takes glock mags for quiet, inexpensive(compared to 308 /creedmore), long range /short range practice and small game rifle. Would be great fun for teaching children as well.
A high capacity 28gauge on an ar platform would be a lot of fun, especially with slugs.

Admittedly an odd collection but we're all different.

Hello JT-AR-MG42 ,,,

About those alfa Proj revolvers,,,
They weren't made by CZ.

I too was looking at them,,,
And I finally got my hands on one.

They seem to be decent enough handguns,,,
And I believe they are made in the same city/location,,,
But nothing of the quality I would associate with an actual CZ.

I decided to pass.

Hello gyvel,,,

THE dream gun: A Smith & Wesson reissue of the Model 45 .22lr, with NO Hillary hole and NO MIM parts, and built on the older style frame.
That's my Holy Grail Gun,,,
Back around 2009 I was bidding on one,,,
I stopped at $850.00 and it eventually went for $975.00 IIRC.

I've been kicking my butt regularly,,,
For not bellying up to the bar and getting it.

I'm not sure if I would pay their "Classic" price for a new one,,,
I don't think it would satisfy the itch for the original.

But I would be sorely tempted.

I got all excited about an AR in .410 last year. I asked my local dealer to hunt one down and he talked me out of it. They are apparently very finicky when it comes to ammo.

An AR in .410???

An AR in .410???

Now that would be a fun thing,,,
With proper ammo it would make a great apartment gun.

I could see a .410 for home defense, but it would have to be the right one.

oh, the possibilities!

A Glock .22 LR; preferably in the compact (19/23) size.. this 10x more than any found below!

-A Glock pistol caliber carbine
-A stainless Ruger Vaquero with bird's head grips that shoots .357 (I believe this used to exist)
-Beefier framed Vaquero to eat .44 mag (I think this also used to exist)
-A convertible Ruger Bearcat with .22 mag cylinder (frame too small for pressure?)

p.s. kudos to Ruger on the release of the .22 LR Gp-100.. a little out of my price range, but still awesome that they listened!!

It is 2015 almost 2016 and no manufacturer makes a phazer yet. Ray guns have been in movies since the 1930s so it is way past time.

Wow! Back to the future!!

I'd like a factory type converted Dragoon that I could hunt with Ruger only type loads. I know they aren't needed for hunting but it would mean you'd be " good to go" with it as a true hunting revolver.

I would ask replica black powder manufacturer Davide Pedersoli of Italy to make a reproduction of the U.S. M1842 Aston Johnson .54 caliber military pistol:

Actually, I've been asking them to do this for some time!

Ideal pistol

I really like my Sig P230 SL pistol. I wish Sig would redesign this pistol for:
#1 - 124 gr. 9MM Luger in lieu of the 9MM Kurz
#2 - get rid of the blow-back action
#3 - nix the heel mag release for a standard mag release button
#4 - increase capacity to 8+1 from the 7+1

For small compact carry pistols I also own a Sig P938/9MM and a Kimber Ultra Carry 11/9MM - but I REALLY like the Sig's P230's, lines, size, weight, hammer, sights, takedown, extended finger rest, no safety, DA/SA, all SS and the de-cocker.

If Sig would make this pistol - I would purchase one just as fast as I could.

In descending order of preference:

1) an all-steel double-stack .45 Win Mag 1911-style,
2) the equivalent of a S&W M&P 45 Compact in 45 Win Mag, or
3) a Glock 20 equivalent in .45 Win Mag, or
4) a stainless or satin chrome Desert Eagle in .45 Win Mag.

Any of the 4 options designed with a grip that accommodates the .45 Win Mag and no longer.

I want CZ to build me a stainless .45 based on the cz-75 platform with a 7 inch barrel, a Kahr style trigger, and factory fiber optic sites They can call it the CZ-d'abel.
