Happy birthday to me!

Well.. Wednesday was my 64th birthday, and my wife made reservations at Luigis for dinner, but before we left she said I should open my presents.
I said I would open them when we got back from dinner, but she was pretty persistant that I open them first.

Well, I opened the card and it had one of my personalized bills in it (has my name on it) and a present that had some Tony Soprano shirts which I like to wear when I carry OWB.

Then she handed me another present that contained a new Kimber ultra crimson carry II !!
Is that a good wife or what!! She has also ordered Tritanium sights for it.
( last year she bought me a Colt Officers Model Match)

I took it to the range on Thurs. and put 50 rounds through it with out a hic up. Never thought I would like the laser, but it was dead on, and sure makes it easy for these old eyes! now I'm a believer!

Now, I,m left handed and will need a ambi-thumb safety.I see that Wilson combat has one,are there any other brand safetys I should look at?other than Kimbers.

Thanks for any help.
Grant

Happy Birthday Youngster!

Now, you are really under the gun to come up an equally thoughtful present for her birthday. I suspect a carat in each ear diamond earrings might be very pleasing so she can brag to her friends of how great a husband you are to her.

Update
My local gunsmith said he could order the ambi-safety kit from Kimber for about $60.00 and will install it with the tritium sights in about two weeks.
