Problem with PSA customer service

Over time I purchased everything from PSA to put a nice AR together. Lower, trigger kit, BCG, and upper, even a scope.

Put it together with no problems and it shot great. After about 20 rounds it locked up, nothing would work. Noticed the roll pin that holds the trigger in place works its way out and the trigger goes crooked in the lower. It is not hard to get back lined up.

I have emailed PSA customer service twice and sent messages on FB. I would think this is an easy fix with either the pin too small or the lower off a bit. Its not like I take this AR out everyday but I did put the extra good parts in this one and it is a very sharp rifle that I want to be nice and reliable. I dislike anything that is not reliable.

Has anyone had better luck with their customer service?

Is the hammer spring installed correctly? one of the real long wires coming off of the hammer spring is what holds the trigger pin in position, the long wire fits down in the groove on the trigger pin to retain it in position.

The trigger pin should not be a roll pin, it is a solid pin with a couple grooves cut in it.

On the rare occasion I had to deal with PSA customer service, I had no complaints. I called them on the telephone though.
