PSA m1a Socom from springfield

Quick question.
I don't plan on buying an m1a socom rifle, but I think they're cool and I'm really just curious why the ones that Palmetto State Armory sells with fancy paint jobs are thousands of dollars less than rifles in traditional furniture. For example:

https://palmettostatearmory.com/spri...ck-aa9618.html

This gun has a price tag currently of 1400.

https://palmettostatearmory.com/spri...le-aa9604.html

This one ALSO has a price tag of 1400.

But this one?

https://palmettostatearmory.com/spri...w-blk-stk.html

It's 2000 bucks.

Like I said, I really don't care, but I am very curious if anyone can tell me what the differences might be. I have looked through the questions and haven't noticed anyone else asking, and I believe I spotted a difference in that one might come with a tritium sight post and the other does not, but surely that doesn't account for a 600 dollar discrepancy.

Supply and Demand? More people want the plain stock?
There is also some inconsistent content in the detailed description, some include sights and trigger details, others don't. So that is also a potential couple hundred $ difference.

I wonder if those guns aren't returned rifles that weren't right and had to be repaired. Maybe they're repainted formerly defective rifles and now ship them out at reduced cost with a fancy little paint job. I don't know it's weird
