what can i load with these powders?
what can i load with these powders? i bought them over 10yo to load rifle calibers with, but now i am only loading for 38/357, 45, and 223. i don't have a current loading book, so i don't know if any of these powders will work for the calibers i am loading for. any ideas?

The H322 and Reloder 7 will work in the .223, and the IMR4320 will work in the .223 with heavier bullets. The IMR 4350 is too slow for the .223.
All of the powders are too slow for the .38/.357 and .45 (ACP, I presume). |

dave....
thanks for the reply dave. do you know any powder weights for the 223 loads? my loading books, also 10yo don't list them as an option for the 223s. i know i need a new book, but have not bought one yet. would a 62gr bullet be considered a "heavier bullet"

Go to the powder manufacturer's website. Then go to the caliber you want to load for. I think RL7 was discontinued.

Go to the manufacturer's websites for specific data, and you need at least ONE good loading manual, Speer, Hornady, or one specific to the powder manufacturer. DONT GUESS!

4320 was my standard for .30-06 and .300 Savage for many years until I found 4064 worked better in my rifles.
