Barska spotting scope.

Barska 20 to 60x 60mm spotting scope. Would you be able to pick up some sort of bullet trace or 308 rounds in paper at 600+ yards??

My buddy has one but hasn't ever used it past 200 yards. There is one for sale and I'm looking for a cheap spotting scope. I know it's not going to be amazing but would it be clear enough to spot 308 holes at around 600 to 1000 yards or pick up some kind of bullet trace??

If you want an inexpensive model that's still worth actually using, going with Burris.

Yea but if I can't see 308 holes or bullet trace at 500+ it won't be worth it. That's the only thing I need it for but I don't feel like spending $1500+ on a spotting scope to do so.
