how do you remove pressed in grips?

how would i go about removing these without breaking them?

No offense but if you did break them it wouldn't diminish the value of that gun.

Loosen the grip screw about half way out and gently tap on the screwhead with the handle of the screwdriver until it pops the off-side panel loose. Remove that panel and reach through the grip frame with a flat tipped punch and tap at each corner until it comes loose. GO SLOW AT TAP LIGHTLY!

Both are pressed in ..i ended up masking them...looks alot better!
