Why is it SO hard to find a Steyr Aug extractor for 223/5.56?
Google has not been my friend. I am struggling to find an extractor for a Steyr Aug in 223/5.56. Anyone have one out there or have a lead on one?

Call Steyr in Austria and see if they can ship you one. Or call CDNN they handle the rifles or Cheaper than Dirt, either should be able to point you to a USA service center that might have the part. What did you do with your paper work and all that information???

A consideration when deciding on a gun - parts availability.
One more reason to think ahead when choosing a gun. Staying with mainstream brands and designs can matter, however cool the alternative seems. Not much help, just a thought learned the hard way.

Try GSI in Trussville, Ala. 205-655-8299
Or the new Steyr facility in Bessemer, Ala. (205) 417-8644 |
