What companies make 10 to 11" AR upper? I see themat shows, but no one catalogs them? Are they custom or what?

Are they listed in a special section? I live down the road from Oly Arms and they won't even make one without SBR paperwork. On a pistol lower you can have anything under 16". So why not have one in their catalog, or others companies for that matter.

You will need to purchase a pistol upper. They don't/can't advertise them as rifle uppers. The pistols, where legal, are only so until you put a stock on them. A pistol upper on a rifle lower = sbr.
