35mm rings

Any one have a suggestion on where to get some 35mm low rings for less than $100? Less than $50?

the scope is a visionking 10-40x 57
the rifle is savage mod 10-t sr with stock rail

I found some tasco rings on amazon that said medium in the description, when they arrived they were high. seller wont take them back. distance from rail to tube is one inch. looks silly tall on the rifle. Had to add cheek pad to use the scope. looking for something budget seeing as the scope is a $200 scope.

Warne Mountain Tech rings are running about $120.
Probably one of the more cost effective option.

I'm sure that's part of it, combined with the fact that the majority of 35mm optics (with a few exceptions of course) are higher end (Leupold, IOI) requiring precision rings.

35mm rings... I'm just going to jump ahead of the crowd straight to 50mm rings on my next purchase.

My experience with cheap rings is worse than my experience with cheap scope. Cheap rings can wreck an expensive scope for one.
If all the 35mm rings from known brands are at that price range I think you just need to cough up the money.

Well darn, I thought I had you fixed up. My Long Range friend uses Burris XTR for his Nightforce ATACR, but they are 34mm, not 35.

$140 to mount a $200 dollar scope. wish I did some research before trying this scope out. oh well.

Went to Tasco website and found part # for low 35mm rings (TS00724) and searched midway usa and found this.

https://www.midwayusa.com/product/10...-4-screw-matte

height 1.161 seems high

amazon is all over the place with this part #. think midway is safer to order from, at least I can return them if they send out the wrong part. Are tasco rings trust worthy enough to try or do I suck it up and spend 3/4 the price of the scope on rings.

Mounts run pretty expensive.

Sportsman carries Warne, not sure what style, they are the lowest cost sellers I can find anywhere.

Looking at rails and the steel ones run a lot more than Aluminium.

So, I ordered from midway and actually got what I ordered, unlike the amazon seller that wouldn't even respond to me. I guess that problem is sorted out. The new low rings could be a little lower.Things mounted well and only thing left to do is shoot it. The cheep Chinese scope is holding up ok I think. It moved under recoil in the old rings until I torqued them down a little past what I thought was right. I'm assuming the heavy scope on cheep rings, might need a little lock tight. thanks all for the input.
