Renewal
Renewed my subscription the other day via check for two years but just got a note saying that the next issue would be my last issue unless I renewed?
Should I disregard that or do I need to follow up to make sure the renewal was received? |

To make sure you don't miss an issue it would probably be a good idea to follow up with a call. The toll free subcription number is: 1-800-673-4595.

Denny, (and possibly Rich)
First off, let me say that SWAT is a great magazine. Like Bartholomew Roberts I received the same renewal notice. It took a bit of decoding of the address label to determine whether or not my renewal had been added to my subscription. Unlike other magazines, the expiration date is not explicitly written on the address label. For instance, for the Oct 2002 issue the top line of the label after the customer number reads: 0205.....2207....EXP:2501. I do not know what the 0205 represents. I believe that the 2207 is the volume/issue number, except that the vol number differs by one from what is listed on page 3. Accordingly, the 2501 would decode as the first issue of 2005. My suggestion, if possible would be to put the expiration date in a month/year format. tnx. |

Thanks for the feedback.
To be honest things like this are outside of my area of expertise. I'll run your idea past our Production Director and see if an easier coding is possible. Denny
