Win 308 to Rem 260
Will the Forster 243-308 chamber gauge be used to set the head space on a barrel switch 308 to 260?
Thanks, Bill Daniel

Yes - The shoulder datum line's the same. Here's the headspace gauge interchangeability buzz: *308 Win * 7.62 X 51 * 7.62 Nato * 260 Rem * 243 Win * 338 Fed * 338 Fed CIP * 7 – 08 * 358 Win * . |

I can't see anywhere on the internet that will show the shoulder datum of the 260. But we can find the 308, 7mm-08, and the 243.
But we can infer from this it is the same old 1.630" min 1.640" max from the chamber shoulder where it is 0.4000" in diameter to the breech face. http://www.clymertool.com/headspac/index.html
