Whether you mean the jacket or plating on a bullet itself or the casing that holds a bullet to make a round of ammunition, the best forum for your question is the Reloading forum.

Mal, what about the General Discussion forum? Not knowing if it's for handguns, rifles, shotguns, etc. and not necessarily about any type of reloading process, that would be my thought...

Mara, head over to the General Discussion forum and ask your question, there. If it's in the wrong spot, I'll take the heat...

Be sure to post pics, if you can so we can have a better idea of what's going on.

Go to our Home page. All of our forum titles should be listed on the left side of the page. Scroll down until you see "Conference Center" as the header. The General Discussion forum is highlighted below it. Click on that and you can start a thread like you did here.

That's because your photos are too large. Whether you use an actual digital camera or a cell phone, other than something like 640x480 (a setting that NOBODY uses), most digital cameras and cell phones start with a minimum resolution that's bigger than most people's screen size. When you post such photos, people have to scroll up and down and side-to-side to see one image -- and nobody likes to do that. Also, large images like that take up more bandwidth and server storage space. So this site limits the size of photos you are allowed to attach.

You can resize your photos using any of a number of programs (or "apps"). If you are using a Windows computer, the Paint program that comes with Windows can do it. There are also some excellent free programs that can do resizing in batches. I use one call IrfanView. A friend of mine prefers Faststone. Also, Microsoft offers a free utility app that resizes photos.

I would suggest an image size of 800x600 or 1024x768 -- I wouldn't go any larger than that.
