Help please with Hornady LnL
All I have a hornady LNL ez eject. I have been trying for two months to try and find a shell plate #45 to reload 45acp which is why I purchased the thing. I have called hornady 5 times and they have no idea when they will have any. Does anyone have a place online I can order from they all seem to be out of stock, or does anyone have an extra they are willing to sell?

You should also be able to use a #1 if you have that.

As PA-Joe stated you can use the # 1 plate. You may have some cases hang up on the ejector nub but for the most part it will function. The # 1 plate is used for a lot of other calibers so you can use it now for the 45 and get a # 45 plate when available then stick the #1 away for later use or re-sell it.
I use the # 1 plate for my 45 acp loading but I don't load a lot of that cartidge so I can live with the ocassional hang up. Mike |
