100,000 on Hornady LnL
Just loaded a couple hundred 9mm, 124 gr T&B (local caster) rn, 4.1 Universal, 1.1 OAL. My new Baer PII 9mm loves these and eats them like m&ms.
Right at 100,000 loaded. |

Congratulations! Do you have a picture of the odometer?
In 2 days on my machine, as of tonight, I have cranked out 50 rounds. At my current rate, I will duplicate your feat in slightly less than 11 years. |

I bought mine last year at Xmas time 320 and free bullets ordered it from graffs with the 4.95 shipping charge.
I have loaded about 5000 .45 acp on it so far, I know because thats how many I had in my last order and I opened the last box and am down to one tray of 100. I have broken 2 retaining springs. |

Those retaining springs are the weak link, literally. I keep 4-6 spares on hand for my two LNL-AP presses. Hint: you can sometimes repair the sprung springs by inserting the small end back into the large end, twisting slightly and applying a drop of thin Super Glue. Let dry thoroughly before using again. Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Also might apply a drop of Super Glue to NEW springs before using to reinforce the joint.

I have an excel spread sheet. For some reason I started it right away when I first got the loader and have kept it up through the years. For those just starting out, get recording! I can look back a few years to see what I was loading for the .243 and duplicate or "improve" as I want.
I don't have much inventory, I shoot a bit. I have found that the retaining springs need to be recycled. I take the broken ends and twist them together. Bend one back and the other through like splicing lines together. Needle nose pliers are a must. Once they have been stretched and tied they seem to last forever. |
