ithaca 37 repair

All
I have a ithaca 37 20ga that has a problem with feeding the next shell. If pumped quickly the shell from the mag ends up on the ground and the gun goes "click". Is there a gunsmith that works on Ithaca's still around? I'm in Wis. Parts available?

Thanks

Goolge "Dimondale gunsmithing"..

the owner is former chief engineer for Ithaca. The shop located in Ithaca, NY.

He can either talk you thru or send in for evaluation and repair.

Where's the SN, on the right receiver side above trigger or the narrow right front edge of the receiver where the barrel mates?

If on the front face, does the barrel SN match, if not then send it in and have the headspace checked. As the pre-855,000 shotguns had barrels specifically mounted, after the 855k the barrels were inter-changeable.

Had done business, He's a god guy to work with.
