noslers bullets in 95 grain ?

I been reading and did call nosler tech: about there Silver Tip CT in 95 grain compared to there Ballistic Tip 95 grain in 243 cal. :He did state the 2 bullet are almost alike.
What do you guys think?

I heard that the CT need a little more powder for the reason of that black coating they use on it.
