I finally did it!
Today I got a 7 yard one inch group, fast fire, 3 even went into one ragged line!
I did it with a '58 Remington 5 1/2"er, loaded with 28 gr of Pyrodex Cabelas Wads and a .451 lead balls. Now this might not be too impressive for some of you but after working my way down from 5" groups a year ago, I finally am getting the hang of this BP revolver shooting! My favorite revolver a '62 Piettia Police won't group like this Remington will it shoots more like the pictured above, revolver. I think the sights on the Police limit it's grouping ability. The Remington has better sights. OK ya'all can laugh at me now, but I'm sure HAPPY with the group! ZVP |
